  • First, unpack your router and find a better place to place it.
  • Make sure to keep your router in a place where there is no Wi-Fi interference.
  • If your DSL modem is turned on, unplug its power cord from the electrical outlet to turn it off.
  • Next, connect your router to your modem using the cable attached toyour router.
  • Turn on the modem by connecting its power cord to an electrical outlet.
  • Also, connect your router’s power adapter to a wall outlet andturn it on.
  • Using the supplied network cable (Ethernet), connect your router’s LAN port and computer’s Ethernet port.
