  • Make sure that there are no issues with your Internet Service Provider.

  • Check the Ethernet cable connecting the router and modem and replace it if it is defective.
  • Verify whether you have connected the Ethernet cable from the modem to the WAN port on the router.
  • Unplug the modem and Belkin router from the power source. Wait for at least 10 seconds and reconnect them.
  • If you have connected to the network wirelessly, switch to a wired connection and check if the issue is resolved.
  • You have to connect an Ethernet cable to the LAN port on your Belkin router and the other end of the cable to the modem.
  • If your router’s firmware is outdated, update it.
