- Disconnect both your modem and the Belkin router from their power sources.
- Reconnect the modem’s power cord to the power source.
- Plug the Belkin router’s power cord into the power outlet.

- Open a web browser and check if you have access to the internet.
- If the connection between the computer and the Belkin router is wired, the network or Ethernet cable might be damaged.
