Step 2- Turn On Your Router
To set up the D-Link DIR-510L router, remove it from the package.
Peel off the protective film from the router’s top panel.
Connect thepower adapter provided with the router package to an electrical outlet.
Plug the power adapter’s other end into the router’s power port.
Note: If you want to use the router without the power adapter, charge it for four hours.
Locate the Mode Switch and turn it on. This is the initial steps to do D-Link Dir-510L router setup.
Step 4 - Router Mode
Connectan Ethernet cable into the router’s Internet port.
Connect the Ethernet cable’s other end to your modem’s rear port.
Turn on the modem.
Note: You can even use your router in Mobile Router Mode and Hotspot Mode.
Step 5 - Setup D-Link DIR-510L Router Using Web Browser
On your computer, turn on the Wi-Fi feature.
