- You need to find out the IP address of your router to sign in to the router's web-based setup page.
- To find your router's IP address, press the Windows and R buttons together.
- When the Run dialog box appears, type "cmd" in the Search section. Then, click on the OK button.
- Enter "ipconfig" in the Command Prompt window and hit the Enter key.
- Now, you can find the IP address of the router in the Default Gateway section.
- Disconnect the router from your modem and computer.
- Now, connect the modem directly to your computer.
- Enter the IP address of your wireless router in the address bar of your default browser. Then, tap Enter.
- Enter the username and password of the router and click the Login button.
