Step 1 - Modem connection:

Go to Google Chrome or the Internet Explorer web browser on the computer and enter the IP address of the Cisco wireless router in the address bar.
Note: The Cisco wireless router’s IP address is 192.168.15.1 by default.
The login page of the Cisco wireless router will appear on the screen.
Once you fill both the User Name and Password fields with the correct information, click the OK button.
Now, the web-based setup page of the Cisco wireless router will be displayed on the screen.
Customize the router settings. You can change the network name and network key. Set an encryption type on the web-based setup page of the Cisco router.
Make sure to update the firmware of the Cisco router to the latest version.
