  • Launch the internet browser on your computer.

  • In the Add or Modify a virtual server field, set the following to open port 80 on Netgear router
  • Service port - 80
  • IP Address - enter the IP address.
  • Set the protocol to TCP from the drop-down menu.

  • The internet port does not work if the following are the issues,
  • WAN / LAN port not working
  • LED is not lit
  • IP address not accessible when you connect to any port in the router.
  • Turn on your Netgear router and wait until you see two LED blinking while solving internet port not opening on Netgear router.
  • Connect the Ethernet cable and connect one end to the WAN port and the other end to any LAN port of the router.
  • Both the LED should now work.
