Let us now see how to perform the TP-Link Archer C9 router set up.
In case you have the Internet connection via an Ethernet cable from the wall socket instead of the cable/DSL/satellite modem, follow these steps. Otherwise, proceed with the steps starting from the installation of the antennas:
Connect the Ethernet cable directly to the Internet port on the Archer C9 router.
Turn on your router.
Confirm that the Power LED, 2.4 GHz LED, 5 GHz LED, and Internet LED are on and solid.
The first step is to install the antennas.
The second step will be to turn off your modem. In case it has a backup battery, remove it.
Make use of the Ethernet cable to connect the modem to the Internet port on the Archer C9 router. Then, continue with the steps to perform your TP link Archer c9 setup.
You can now turn off the modem. Wait for approximately 2 minutes for the modem to restart.

So, read the next section to know the procedure to perform the TP link Archer c9 setup.
Configuring through the web browser:
First, connect your router and computer using a wired or wireless connection. If you are making use of a wired connection, turn off the Wi-Fi on your computer and then connect the router to the computer. In case you are using a wireless connection, you have to provide the default Wireless Network Name (SSID) and the Wireless Password. Both these details will be printed on the label located on the router’s rear panel.
Once you have connected the router and the computer, you can start configuring your router using a web browser. Make use of these steps to do the same.
Open the default web browser on your computer.
In the address or URL bar of the browser, type http://192.168.0.1
