  • Check whether you have properly connected the modem and router.
  • Make sure you have not set any limitation to the number of devices that can be connected at a time to the router. If so, remove the connection restriction and check if the issue has been resolved.

  • Press the Windows and R buttons together to launch the Run dialog box.
