Unpack the product and find the following components inside the package: AC power adapter, quick installation guide, and resource CD for the TP-Link router.
Place the router in a centralized place and extend the router’s antenna to the maximum to avoid any interference.
Connect the computer and each Switch/Hub in your LAN to the LAN Ports on the router.
Now, connect the DSL/cable modem to the router’s WAN port.
Connect the power adapter to the AC power socket on the router and plug the other end into the wall outlet.
Turn ON your modem, router, and computer.

Configure The Router Settings
On your computer, go to the Start menu, click on Settings, and select the Network Connection option from the drop-list.
When the Network Connection window opens, right-click on the Local Area Connection (LAN) icon and select Properties.
Navigate to the General tab, click on Internet Protocol (TCP/IP), and select Properties.
Click on the Obtain an IP address automatically radio button and select OK.
Now, open the default web browser on your computer and enter 192.168.1 in the address bar.
On the login window, enter the default password (Admin).
Choose your connection type as PPPoE or DHCP according to your preference.
Select the Advanced tab and select the Wireless Settings option.
