  • Unpack your router and take out the package contents such as Ethernet cable, user’s guide, power adapter, and resource CD.
  • Next, power off your modem and disconnect any cables connected to it.
  • Connect the router’s WAN port and the modem’s LAN port using the supplied Ethernet cable.
  • Use another Ethernet cable to connect your router’s LAN port and the computer’s Ethernet port.
  • Power on your modem, router, and computer using their respective power cords.
