The Verizon router offers a high-speed wireless network. But sometimes, users have encountered connectivity issues ie, Verizon router light flashing red on this router.
If you are connecting the router to a wireless client using WPS, as soon as you press the WPS button on your router’s control panel, the WPS program will be initiated on the wireless client.
Once the wireless client is registered with the network, the WPS LED on the router changes to solid green.
If the client fails to register with your network, then the WPS LED keeps flashing red.
To resolve this issue, try to connect the wireless client to your router again.
If the issue persists, try to connect the wireless client manually.

Make sure that your Verizon router is turned ON.
Click the Wi-Fi icon on the taskbar.
Now, the available networks will be listed on the screen.
Select the Verizon router’s network.
Click the Connect button. If required, click the checkbox beside the Connect automatically option.
If prompted, enter your network’s password in the given field.
Click the Connect button.
Now, your device will be connected to the Verizon router’s network.
For Mac:
Using System Preferences
Click the Apple menu.
Select the System Preferences option.
Click the Network option in the System Preferences window.
Select your network and follow the on-screen instructions.
If your Verizon router’s WPS button LED keeps flashing in red, then perform the simple troubleshooting steps given below.
First, check your Internet speed. If the Internet speed is poor, then there is a chance for you to encounter this issue.
Make sure that the Ethernet cable is connected securely.
If the issue persists, restart your Verizon router.
